CampWorld - Unprofessional Employees Review

Horrible customer service! Really terrible, they cut the call on you, they charge you some holding fee or whatever it is called without your consent, they sound tired and angry at all times of the day. I spoke with about 4 of them on various occasions, 3 representatives were all I described above and more, I didnt speak with the 4th long enough to know her true colors. In all, rude rude rude people.

I agree, horrible customer service. They have had our RV for warranty repair for over 6 months.

Yes, we can tell them when we want to take it out and they let us.

However, it is taking that long to repair a few items. We still pay monthly to hold a spot for storage.

Lied to by Service Manager

We had a 8:00am appointment to have 3 awning put on our travel trailer. We had driven 190 miles and arrived the day before so that we would be on time for our appointment. Upon arrival at Camp World we had to wait over 1/2 hour for someone to assist us. At that time we were told that they were behind in the service department and they would try to get our trailer completed that day. We left assuming that we would be notified when work was completed. Not so, we were lied to and told our trailer would be ready in 1 1/2 hours and this was at 2 pm. The next time we checked we were told it would be about 1 1/2 hours again. Now is the time that I am really getting mad. We were lied to and all the service manager could do was say, I don't know what to do. At 5 pm the service manager finally admitted that they had not even started on the trailer yet.I finally had it and told him that he just flat out lied to us. Now our trailer was to be ready by 9 pm as the night crew would be taking care of it. What ever happened to notifying the customer that you are not able to take care of the job at hand. Thanks to a very nice employee that had assisted us when we ordered the awnings all further charges were removed. The fact that we were lied to by the service manager is a big factor in our complaint.
